Common Requests


Site Control Panel:
You may access your site control panel to add/edit/delete users and email accounts, make site backups, restore site backups, manage databases, manage mailing lists, view site statistics, and manage files by pointing your browser to:

http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

and using the username and password we sent you in the -Login Information Email
NOTE: Use http://64.5.51.9/cpanel until your domain has propagated.


Direct Webmail Access:
You may access webmail by pointing your browser to:

http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail

and using the username and password we sent you in the -Login Information Email
NOTE: Any mail user you create within Cpanel will have to login with their full domain name. For example, you create a new mail user 'bob' and your domain is mailtest.com. Bob will be able to login directly to webmail by typing bob+mailtest.com as his username, instead of just 'bob'.

CGI/PERL
When uploading Cgi/Perl Scripts, remember to upload in ASCII format and also to change the permissions on each file to allow public execution.

Path to PERL : #!/usr/bin/perl

Path to Sendmail : /usr/sbin/sendmail
