Web-Based File Manager
The File Manager included in CPanel is an easy way to publish your site from any computer via web browser. Instructions for using the file manager can be found here.

Using FTP
To upload files via File Transfer Protocol (FTP), you must first have an FTP client. You can get a good one at the following places:

http://www.ftpplanet.com/download.htm (freeware)
http://www.bulletproof.com (shareware)
http://www.cuteftp.com (shareware)
http://www.smartftp.com (shareware)

Once you have an FTP client, set it to connect to the IP address we sent you or www.yourdomain.com(after it has propagated). Use the account User Name and Password we sent you in your -Login Information Email. Make sure you are connecting to Port: 21

Using FrontPage

IMPORTANT: If you plan on using FrontPage to publish your web site, DO NOT use FTP as well.

Using the Publish Feature:

Step One:
Connect to the Internet and Open Microsoft FrontPage.

Step Two:
Click on "File" and then "Open Web" to open the web you have created on your desktop. The "Look in" field will then prompt you to browse to the web folder you have created on your computer. Select the web that you would like to publish and click on "Open" in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

Step Three:
Once you click on "Open", your website files and folders should appear. When you are ready to publish, simply click on "File" and "Publish Web".

Step Four:
Once you click on "Publish Web" the following screen will be generated. Enter in the full IP address we sent you in your -Login Information Email or your domain, including the www. (after your domain has propagated)

Once you have entered your domain name in the field, click on "Publish".

Step Five:
Once you click on "Publish", you will be prompted for your FrontPage username and password.

Use the username and password combination we sent to you in teh -Login Information Email and click "OK". FrontPage will begin publishing your website.

Step Six:
Depending on the size of your website and your Internet connection, Publishing may take a while. Once the site is successfully published, you should receive the following screen:
